Achieving this overall goal requires the implementation of three main results that could be summarized as follow:
leveraging standard market ICT solutions properly included in a multi- disciplinary integration environment that targets the entire product life cycle (PLM).
to support decision-making processes of knowledge-based kind, capturing relevant information from all stages of the product life cycle and establishing and maintaining, over time, customer’s requirements and product regulations as well as all quality, efficiency and context constraints, in order to make the product competitive in the market and sustainable in terms of social impact too.
with expertise specifically inspired by the holistic view of product life cycle, able to handle both the field of processes and that of enterprise, while ensuring a full understanding of the political, economic and social environment in which the product is introduced.
